Shipping & delivery

Pickup — free. Collect from our studio in Hulhumalé during opening hours. We'll message you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 2 working days of payment.

Delivery. We deliver in Hulhumalé and Malé, and send to other islands by boat. The fee for each is shown at checkout and in the table on this page.

• Hulhumalé and Malé: usually within 1–3 working days of payment. We call before we come.
• Other islands, by boat: we pack your order and hand it to the ferry or cargo boat, usually within 3–5 working days. The journey time, and any charge for collecting it on your island, are the boat's.
• Resorts: message us — we can often bring it with our next resort visit.

Packing. Every piece is wrapped and boxed by hand for its journey.

Made-to-order and custom pieces. Handmade pottery needs time to dry and two kiln firings, so these usually take 3–5 weeks. We give you a date when you order.

Not at home? If we can't reach you, we'll arrange another time. A second trip may be charged.

Damaged on the way? Tell us within 48 hours (see Returns & exchanges) and we'll put it right.
